Cute vintage era hand truck / dolly / dollie.
Picked this up yesterday at an antique store in Port Orchard, WA. It stands almost five feet tall, painted bright orange, single handle and solid wheels!
I will be using this handy cart, not for yard art, but for real work! It will replace my now defunct moving dolly who was known as "Lance", my all purpose helper around the house. Lance doesn't know he's been decommissioned yet - so please don't tell him!
This tough little guy will be known as Lance II, with respect to the former. He will be great for moving small boulders around the yard, and large pots of flowers.
I looked up vintage dollies and of course got doilies and dollies with lace bonnets! So I have yet to date him. If anyone has an idea, please let me know in the comments.
I'll try to catch Lance II in the act of some great moving job and post a photo for you.
